Introduction

This statement is made pursuant to section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and sets out the steps taken by iDrive Chauffeurs Ltd trading as UK Chauffeurforce (known as UKC) (“UKC”, “we”, “our”, “us”) to prevent modern slavery and human trafficking within our business and supply chains.

UKC operates a zero tolerance approach to modern slavery, forced labour and human trafficking. We are committed to conducting our business ethically, transparently and with integrity, and to implementing effective systems and controls designed to safeguard against any form of modern slavery.

This statement relates to the financial year ending 2026 and will be reviewed annually.

Our Business

iDrive Chauffeurs Ltd t/a UK Chauffeurforce (UKC) is a London based premium chauffeur and ground transportation provider delivering pre booked, fixed rate executive travel solutions.

Our services include:

• Executive chauffeur services
• Airport transfers and concierge services
• Corporate ground transportation
• VIP and event transport
• Executive minibus and coach solutions via vetted partners
• Global ground transportation through an established affiliate network

We primarily operate within the United Kingdom while supporting international movements through a carefully selected network of trusted global partners.

Our Commitment

We recognise that modern slavery is a serious criminal offence and a violation of fundamental human rights. UKC is committed to ensuring that slavery and human trafficking do not occur:

• within our own operations
• within our chauffeur network
• within our supply chain and affiliate partnerships

We maintain a proportionate and risk based approach appropriate to the size and nature of our business, with continuous review as the company grows.

Governance and Responsibility

Responsibility for UKC’s anti modern slavery framework sits with senior management, led by the CEO. Oversight includes:

• supplier and affiliate onboarding controls
• operational monitoring
• contractual safeguards where appropriate
• periodic policy review

Senior management reviews any reported concerns and determines appropriate action.

Our People and Chauffeur Network

UKC maintains robust recruitment and onboarding procedures to ensure all individuals engaged with the business are treated fairly and engaged lawfully.

Our controls include:

• verification of right to work documentation
• identity and eligibility checks
• written agreements with staff and chauffeurs
• payment through traceable banking systems only
• compliance with National Minimum Wage requirements where applicable
• clear professional and behavioural standards

We do not tolerate discrimination, harassment, abuse or exploitation of any kind.

All team members and chauffeurs are expected to uphold UKC’s professional and ethical standards.

Our Supply Chain and Affiliate Network

UKC works with licensed operators, service partners and suppliers in the UK and internationally.

Whilst many partners are independent businesses outside our direct control, we take reasonable and proportionate steps to mitigate risk, including:

• partnering primarily with reputable and licensed operators
• verifying operator licensing and regulatory compliance
• entering into written agreements where appropriate
• avoiding cash payments for services
• monitoring service delivery and partner conduct
• maintaining long-term relationships with trusted providers

We expect all partners and suppliers to comply with applicable employment legislation and recognised international labour standards, including principles aligned with International Labour Organisation conventions.

Where concerns are identified, UKC reserves the right to investigate and, where necessary, suspend or terminate the relationship.

Risk Assessment and Due Diligence

The premium ground transportation sector is generally considered low to medium risk for modern slavery; however, UKC recognises potential exposure within extended supply chains and international markets.

To manage this risk, UKC:

• assesses new partners prior to onboarding
• reviews licensing, insurance and legitimacy of operators
• monitors service performance and feedback
• maintains oversight of higher-risk jurisdictions where relevant
• periodically reviews key supplier relationships

Our approach is proportionate and continues to evolve as the business expands globally.

Policies and Awareness

UKC is committed to maintaining awareness of modern slavery risks throughout the organisation.

We support this through:

• ethical business standards embedded in operation
• management oversight of supplier relationships
• clear internal reporting channels
• periodic review of partner compliance

As UKC grows, we will continue to enhance formal training and policy frameworks.
