Airport Transfer

Your chauffeur will be waiting in a designated waiting area holding a name-board in the arrival’s hall (just after you exit). Once your chauffeur is in position in the arrival’s hall, he or she will send you a text message (if a mobile contact number has been provided) introducing themselves and explaining where he or she is waiting. If you are unable to locate your chauffeur, please either call their mobile (their contact number will be provided on your booking confirmation or on text message) or call our office on +44 (0)2034097777 or our out of hours +447947 680 680.
Your chauffeur will keep an eye on your flight details and meet you at the airport accordingly. If the details of your flight change, please get in touch with us to let us know so we can ensure we are there to meet you at the correct time.
If you require or wish for someone to meet you or your group at the aircraft, we can organise an airside agent to meet you at the aerobridge upon disembarkation. They will then escort you through passport control and customs to your chauffeur who will be waiting in the arrival’s hall. There is an additional cost for this service.
Depending on the time of day, journey times can vary depending on road traffic and weather conditions. We recommend allowing the following amount of time to reach each London airport from Central London:

Heathrow Airport 60 minutes
Gatwick Airport 90 minutes
Luton Airport 90 minutes
Farnborough Airport 90 minutes
Biggin Hill Airport 80 minutes
Stanstead Airport 100 minutes
Southend Airport 120 minutes

The amount of luggage our vehicles can take depends on the size and class of the car you have booked. This information is available on Our Luxury Fleet page or when you are making your booking each vehicle will show how much luggage can fit. For exact details please get in touch prior to your trip and we can advise accordingly.
Normally you are required to arrive 2-3 hours before for international departures and 1-2 hours before for domestic departures. Always check with your airline.

Booking and Pricing

For non-account holders we require a full payment when you book in order to secure your booking. We recommend booking further in advance to ensure availability.
Please get in touch with us for a personalised quote regarding your journey – all prices are subject to VAT unless otherwise mentioned.
There aren’t any hidden charges, and we are transparent with any credit cards transaction fees. The only additional fees you may need to pay are for parking – which we keep at cost and to the minimum – any additional waiting after the free grace period and the Central London congestion charge if applicable.
We offer a free grace period of fifteen minutes for normal pick-ups and 60 minutes for airport pick-ups. If we are left waiting longer than this, additional charges will apply.
Bank holidays have no extra charge, we only charge more from 24th December to 2nd January.

Chauffeur and Vehicle

Your chauffeur will unconditionally respect your privacy and confidentiality. Our chauffeurs are career professionals, very prudent and discreet. In addition, as standard practice our chauffeurs all sign a non-disclosure agreement.
Our cars are non-smoking vehicles; however, we can stop for regular smoke breaks should you wish, this will incur additional charge.

We pride ourselves on having new and high-specification vehicles with none older than three years.

Yes. We pride ourselves on providing vehicles that are cleaned to the highest of standards and adhere to the tap safety specifications.

The amenities in our vehicles vary, but you can expect Bluetooth music connection, rear entertainment, phone chargers as well as complimentary Wi-Fi, bottled mineral water, mints, hand sanitiser, umbrella and newspaper if requested.

We only allow assistance guided dogs other pets are not allowed in the vehicles unless by prior arrangement and must be in a carrier, this must be requested when making your reservation.
