There’s no denying that Taylor Swift tickets are like gold dust and if you’re lucky enough to have one, it’s guaranteed to be a fantastic night to remember. Yet with an event that’s so popular, it also means there’s going to be swathes of crowds looking to arrive at and leave the event at the same time. Taking place at Wembley where there’s a capacity of 90,000 it’s no surprise that many are worried about the dizzying number of people all trying to queue for the crowds once the event ends. As well as safety concerns, many also worry about the length of time it will take to get there and back as well as having to leave the concert early. Here at UK Chauffeur Force we’re here to take that stress away. Read on to find out more about how to avoid the queues and get to and from the Taylor Swift Eras tour in style.

Getting to the eras tour

What dates are the Taylor Swift Eras Tour and where is it taking place?

The Taylor Swift Eras tour had its first three dates in June and is returning to Wembley Stadium on the 15, 16, 17, 19 & 20 August 2024.

What are some tips for attending the Eras Tour 2024?

For anyone attending the Eras tour 2024, you need to be prepared before you go. Being such a popular event, you don’t want to end up missing out or getting caught in the crowds. Some of our top tips include:

Consider how you’re going to get to and from the event:

Wembley Stadium is very well connected both by road and public transport so getting to and from here is relatively easy. The main thing you need to consider is the fact there will be 89,000 people all trying to get there at the same time.

By tube you can go to either Wembley Park which is a ten minute walk to the stadium and accessible via the Metropolitan or Jubilee Line. You can also get the Bakerloo line to Wembley Central which is a 15 minute walk to the stadium. It’s also accessible via the London Overground which can be reached via many places in the capital.

We recommend heading by car with a professional car service from UK Chauffeur Force. We will pick you up and drop you off from any point of your choosing. This might be your hotel, house or another venue. With air conditioned, luxurious interiors and the ability to park a short five minutes away from the venue, you can avoid all of the crowds and get to and from the Eras Tour in style. You don’t need to battle past others and queue among thousands to squeeze onto a tube. Instead, you can take a leisurely walk to the Car Park where we will be waiting to transport you wherever you need to go. You can feel safe, comfortable and avoid all the queues. It also means you can stay right until the end of the concert, taking in the last songs, the fireworks and soaking up every second of the atmosphere you’ve been waiting so long for.

Only bring the essentials

There is a strict bag policy in place for the Eras tour at Wembley Stadium, with bags required to be smaller than the size of an A4 piece of paper. If they are larger than this, they must be in a transparent bag where security can see exactly what’s inside. With this in mind, only bring the essentials with you such as your phone, tickets and ID. You can bring bottles of water if you are seated but might require the bottle tops to be removed.

Plan what you’re going to eat

There are a host of food and drink stands outside Wembley Stadium, or you can head to the nearby outlet shopping centre where there are a myriad of restaurants. We recommend making a reservation ahead of time to make sure you get a table and eat early enough so you’ll have time to queue up before the doors open. The food stands where the main entrance is to the stadium can be extremely busy, but if you want until you go inside there are much smaller queues and you can bring this food and drink to your seat. Offerings include chicken and chips, popcorn and other snacks as well as soft drinks, cocktails, beer and wine.

Decide on a meeting spot

It might be that you’re heading with friends but haven’t managed to get seats together. The signal in Wembley Stadium on concert days can be poor due to so many people using their phones and internet at the same time. With this in mind, it’s a good idea to set a dedicated meeting point in case you can’t get hold of each other when the show ends. This could be in the Pink car park where your driver will pick you up, or a certain spot you decide on your way in. This ensures you’re all safe and know where to meet.

These are just a few top tips for avoiding the queues and getting to the Taylor Swift Eras Tour in style. Not only with a luxury car service ensure you get to and from in pure comfort and relaxation, but also that you stay safe. You don’t need to worry about battling the throngs of crowds to cram onto a stuffy underground, but can make your own way to the car park where your dedicated driver will be waiting for you.
